Our service technicians are factory trained, ETA certified and have over fifty years combined experience in the wireless industry. Florida Communications’ state-of-the-art facilities and expert sales and customer service staff provide our customer’s with only the highest level of service. Our service department is equipped to deliver the service you need when you need it. We can provide time and material service or develop a comprehensive customized maintenance program to meet your budget. Our installation department is experience in all areas of equipment installation. From wide area systems to a mobile truck mount, your installation will be performed by trained and certified professional installers and your location or ours.
If you're local, we'll provide equipment pick-up and delivery service at no charge. If you're outside our market, we'll return your repaired equipment to you via UPS (at the same priority that you send it to us).
We service Motorola Public Safety Systems dispatch consoles, Public Safety equipment, and the entire Motorola mobile and portable product line in-house. We maintain the latest test equipment necessary to meet all repair needs. This equipment is calibrated annually using ISO, NEBB, NSF, and IEST standards.
